Shipping Coverage

We ship across all Canadian provinces. Delivery is included in our all-in pricing model. Remote or rural areas may require an additional freight charge, which will be quoted before order confirmation.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.
  • Once shipped, delivery takes 5–10 business days, depending on location.
  • You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order is dispatched.

Installation Coordination

After delivery, our scheduling team will contact you to book a professional installation with a local licensed plumber in your area.

Damages During Shipping

If you receive a damaged or incomplete shipment, notify us within 48 hours. We’ll immediately arrange for a replacement or parts at no cost.
